During the last decades, many companies around the world have had to adapt their operations to a situation of greater commitment with the environment and society as a whole. The pursuit of economic profit has had to give place to the development of new objectives in the field of social responsibility, the caring of the environment and the preservation of the natural resources, changing from a purely  economic perspective to a social one, with high degree of commitment with the sustainability and the stakeholders. In the first part, this research reviews the literature related to Corporate Social Responsibility which makes emphasis to the different dimensions that compose the corporate environmental responsibility and those strategies that guarantee the adequate implementation process in the organization. Later, It mentions the steps to be followed for the correct environmental management implementation inside and outside of the company which generates important benefits to the organizations, and finally it concludes by highlighting the importance of relations between the different stakeholders.
