The narrative documentation produced during the development of the docent activity in university Ecuadorian, course 2012-2013, was analyzed and interpreted for the authors de la communication at the end of 2015. The result developed that from of teaching strategies used, obtained a participation focus in university students, favorable to link University and Society. The contribution was an alternativeof solution for the social-educational problem in Ecuadorin century XXI: la attention a vulnerable groups a la discrimination per incappcitate. In this communication appear the description of principal’s actions for an extensionista Project that was too prepared between students and teachers-authors. The revelation consisted in the preparation formof the students, from the some curricular contents of Education Science Curse. Permittingafter to access to the community extra university, in these case,students incapacities and teachers educative centersproper universities students-workers.
