This article establishes the importance of the human talent management system for a better institutional accreditation, through its key processes, at the School of Industrial Engineering of the Technical University of Manabí. It leads to establish the results in the application of continuous improvement within the human talent management system, in which various conceptions and tools have been adopted. It is emphasized as of vital importance, in the competences and professional profiles of the teaching staff, for the strengthening of the organization. As a result, it is confirmed that in the human capital of their teachers, in the knowledge and skills they possess, the educational quality they promote is determined, evidencing the academic excellence and achievements that are reached with the group of students or the future professionals.
