This article presents a general organizational consulting procedure to be used by the consultants of Sociedad Audita SA, developed from the phases or stages proposed by different authors in a review on consulting procedures, which responds to the need to introduce improvements to the existing consultancy process. The objective pursued by this procedure is to establish the general policies to carry out the consulting process, guided to the elaboration of viable solutions for the resolution of organizational problems. For its conformation, brainstorming, group work, and expert's method, theoretical validation of the logical consistency, the utility and feasibility of use of the general procedure is made from the management of Petri nets and Iadov’s technique, were used respectively. The main result is a practical work tool that instructs the consultants in the execution of the different services, which achieves uniformity and equity when taxing the improvement and management of change in organizations.
