The present article is a question of recreating in a first moment the features that typify the Cienfuegos musical and city atmosphere in the years of the city, with the objective to contextualize the foundational stage of the Aragón orchestra. In a second moment are explained the different times that traverses the history of the orchestra, it stands out in the peculiar Aragón sound to end with the great novelty that has this work, the interview that granted to this author Rafael Lay Bravo, current director of the Aragón orchestra on the 80th anniversary of the orchestra and the bicentenary of the city of Cienfuegos.
