The present article is the result of the research carried out in the UBPC Belmonte, specifically in La Oriental Manor, belonging to the municipality of Cienfuegos, fulfilling the purpose of evaluating the impact of the agro-industrial project in La Oriental Manor. The research addresses the main bibliographical foundations related to the conceptualization of territorial development, local development projects, their evaluation, importance and the background of this research, after reviewing the different methodologies for impact evaluation, the procedure is assumed ( Ruiz & Becerra, 2015), which consists of 8 stages, allowing to evaluate the project in the dimensions of Relevance, Utility (Economic, Social and Environmental), Efficiency and Sustainability. Finally, the procedure is applied and the results are analyzed by methods and techniques such as surveys, interviews and calculation of indicators. With the application of the procedure, favorable results were obtained in the criteria of Relevance, Sustainability and Utility in terms of the Environmental Effect and less favorable in the criteria of both Social and Economic Utility and in the Efficiency dimensions.
