Mathematics is an essential instrument that contributes to the integral formation of subjects by providing structure and coherence of thought that accounts for meanings, giving meaning to reality and granting objectivity to the information that is possessed, therefore, mathematics education is which is responsible for the basic training of subjects. Through mathematical education, the subjects of mathematical concepts and procedures are equipped with what implies the organization of the processes that nourish the intellectual activity. The present article shows the moments for the formation of the concepts of the Plane Geometry in Secondary Basic, that contains actions and stages for this formation with a dynamic approach, explains the diagnosis made to the sample object of study, as well as the theoretical foundations that base the formation of these concepts.
