This article has the goal to value and analyses from Cuban point of view the information given by Mexican newspapers about the social violence which have had a permanent rise in the last 20 years. Besides, it could be used as a base for new and deeper studies in relation with that matter. The violence had a fast evolution from local conflicts to political social crisis that decides the government of Felipe Calderon Hinojosa to declare the war by Mexican state against criminal gangs. It´s light described. The general causes of the source of that kind of too hard violence, its development since 20 years ego so far, the close relation with corruption political class and the more probably way out that the principal subjects will take for the necessary final solution are mentioned. At the same time, the unique political particularities of México right now, that differences of the rest of Latin-American countries and its history were specified. The conclusion is that the actual criminal situation has to stop or the governability will be lost and the Political System can be destroyed.
