You cannot be oblivious to the differences that have the university classrooms today, which are the reflection of social diversity and that are given by: cognitive abilities, ethnic groups, economic conditions, traditional, gender condition, sexual orientation, educational needs special, among others. This requires programming transformations in the universities, from the curricular projects themselves from the procedures where they work from the existing situations in them. We must work more integration and promote a personalized education where university students can gradually acquire knowledge, skills and over-all professional skills. The work offers psychopedagogical, methodological and practical elements in this direction, taking into account the experience of the work of the Metropolitan University as Inclusive University.
