Supported in the phenomenological qualitative methodology, techniques such as observation, data collection and comparison of social situations are applied. Determining as a result that social phenomena influence the entire life of peoples, and that factors such as poverty, migration and lack of education are some of the causes that influence the economy and social deterioration of Latin American countries.
