The work consists of an experience of good teaching practices of the subject Handball, which is studied in the Career of Physical Education of the Higher Institute of Teacher Training Salomé Ureña, in it 70 students took part from the April- July semester of the year 2021. The subjects Each year they require a development plan, to advance in the training of a professional of excellence, in this sense a work was deployed, based on transversal programs, to develop the professional competencies of the students, as a result of its results emanates as a problem teacher the need to adapt the evaluation, given the changes that these programs originate in the development of the teaching-educational process of the Handball subject. The fundamental objective was aimed at perfecting the evaluation of the teaching-educational process, so that the students assumed a leading role, combining various ways of checking their knowledge.
