The work presented here consists of a pedagogical conception, to incorporate climate change in the initial training of the professional in the Bachelor's degree in Tourism, at the Central University Marta Abreu de las Villas, from of the diagnosis of educational needs for which different theoretical and empirical methods were applied, highlighting surveys, interviews, document review and statistical mathematicians, among the results appear the spatial-temporal-sectoral approach, the assumed pedagogical conception and the significant increase of the number of students in research, academic, labor and extension actions related to climate change in connection with the modes of action of future tourism professionals, for such implementation a pedagogical strategy was drawn up. The specialists considered the proposal correct.
