Resumen

The study addresses the influence of university education on entrepreneurial capacity, considering the physical, intellectual and mental conditions of the students. In this way, the objective was to determine the relationship between university education and entrepreneurship of the students of a Lima university, since the work was of an applied type, with a non-experimental design, with a correlational descriptive level, and a quantitative approach. The universe of study was made up of 5460 students from a Lima university, and an intentional sampling was carried out, selecting 355 students belonging to the 8th, 9th. and 10th. cycle of administration and engineering careers. In the data collection, a questionnaire with 20 questions was used, each one with 5 answer possibilities, structured in an orderly way, using a Likert-type scale, all referring to the variable’s university education and entrepreneurship, as well as their dimensions: physical state, state intellectual and mental state. Data analysis was performed with the SPSS program, and Spearman's Rho statistic was used for the correlational study. The inferential analysis of the data made it possible to determine the level of relationship between the variable’s university education and entrepreneurship, in order to formulate conclusions in this regard.
