The objective of this work is to highlight the benefits of investing with green bonds in the stock market, and thus to analyze the disadvantages that may arise when investing in Ecuador. With an explanatory study, a documented research with analytical method, the results obtained showed that green bonds have many advantages so the benefits of investing in the stock market are highlighted, likewise the disadvantages that may arise when investing with bonds were analyzed and a structure for the issuance within Ecuador was established.
