At the present time for most of the students that study studies in the career Licentiate in Education Spanish-literature, the study doesn't constitute a powerful social reason for the construction of its projects of life, as long as they manifest a weak motivation and purely adaptable toward him, with the result that the article approaches a thematic one current of great social importance, related with the necessity of employment in all the stimulation ways that you/they promote the development of an autonomous motivation toward the study, before the challenge that constitutes the formation of an innovative, sensitive and creative professional, possessor of enough linguistic-literary and pedagogic culture to act in the base link with a high social commitment.

Palabras clave : motivation reactivates; extrinsic and intrinsic stimulus, external determination, self-regulation, conflict, necessity and reason.
