This article is directed to the new Cuban generations and is aimed to analyze the work History will absolve me. The use of a revolutionary lawyer`s example is a possible way to educate and emphasize the validity of the creative work, the definitions, the idea and the law work taking into consideration Fidel Castro example.

Auto education from the study of law work is valued, as well as the many college degrees obtained by Fidel Castro that are analyzed which make him different from other personalities, through his idea about justice as his action fundamental weapon. Fidel Castro example is a cultural-law heritage and a need as a Cuban revolutionary. The law work of the oral trial view is known as his auto defense allegation and it constitutes the best education for the new generations.
