Nursing teachers face challenges from a context immersed in sociocultural, epidemiological changes; with a demanding social order and an educational paradigm focused on transmission (Crispin, 2011) and accumulation of knowledge of a technical, disciplinary nature and the responsibility of planning, executing and evaluating the direction of the teaching-learning process (Diaz BF & Hernández RG, 2014). The personal and collective efforts of the teaching staff to effectively develop their teaching role; they are insufficient since, a cognitive methodological procedure of pedagogical, technological and research didactic skills is needed, which favors to promote a significant PEA and development of the student's personality in health careers (Addine, 2017) .The objective is to contribute to the development and improvement of the pedagogical capacities of nursing professionals dedicated to teaching, in the Specialized Institute of Health Professionals. So the following work constitutes a methodological proposal for the continuous training of these professionals, with the purpose of favor the construction of their own teaching conception, given that the theoretical conceptions as proposals are valid to change processes that approach the aspiration that allows transforming the identified problem (Hernandez Infante, 2017), for having elements of the universality of the practice and results as a base pair to change The foundations, theoretical methodological content, characteristics, implementation and evaluation of results are established through expos diagnosis. The contribution to the nursing discipline constitutes it; the improved didactic-pedagogical conception for continuous training.
