This article argues the conception of a training management strategy for university graduates for disaster risk reduction. The strategy is developed during the stage of preparation for employment in the business context and contributes to the improvement of the management of universities in the training of university graduates in the business field in correspondence with the demands demanded by our society and the new dangers of disasters to which work environments are exposed. The methods of analysis - synthesis, documentary analysis, system approach and case study, among others, were used for this purpose.
