Advanced Education is markedly linked to educational theory as a theoretical support of great value, as it provides the theoretical, methodological and procedural supports necessary to address the issue of professional and human improvement. The objective of this article is to expose the main challenges that pedagogical cooperation assumes in the construction of academic networks that allow scientific exchange and increase the professionalism of their human resources, a descriptive study was carried out. where the importance of pedagogical cooperation through academic networks was revealed, the network of theoretical and empirical investigations was used based on the systematization of theoretical references. Pedagogical cooperation based on work with academic networks has gained meaning to the extent that the actions carried out are achieved through the participation of its members and the means for the exchange of knowledge and professional growth as a fundamental premise of the theory of Advanced Education.
