In this work the environmental parameters of bigger incidence are determined in domestic wastewater of the university community, using the technique of Principals Components and the statistics programs StatSoft Statistica v7.0.61.0 and IBS SPSS Statistics 22. The wastewater from the university community Antonio Maceo is characterized by a great variability in the values of his physic-chemistry parameters. Two principal’s components were conclusive and as from them it was obtained than parameters COD, BOD5, pH, conductivity, turbidity, HS-, NH4 +, ST and STF are able to explain the 87,31 % of the total variability contained in residence's waters.
