DEL TORO-ALVAREZ, Dania; PONS-HERNANDEZ, Antonio; VIERA-BERTRAN, René  y  PEREZ-GUILARTE, Nolquis. ESTIMATE OF THE DISPERSION OF INDUSTRIAL, FOR THE NEUTRALIZATION OF THE COMPANY PLANT-LEVEL RESULTS, "PEDRO SOTTO ALBA". RTQ [online]. 2011, vol.31, n.3, pp. 324-338. ISSN 2224-6185.

This work consist of the identification of an interval of trust, starting from the data of the operation of a process that it allows to predict the pH values obtained in a sequence of continuous reactors with agitation connected in series, in the one that non catalytic liquid-solid reaction systems, used for the neutralization of sour liquors in the Company "Comandante Pedro Sotto Alba", of Moa. Leaving of the pattern and of the controlling step of the neutralization process, identified and confirmed in [7] and published in [5 and 6] respectively, and of a game of data of 18130 of the plant, the possible races replicas of the neutralization process were determined. Then, certain the standard deviation of the pH values reported by the plant (pH4D), corresponding to the obtained replicas, an interval of trust was identified for that variable, they were carried out validation tests to this interval and finally he/she was carried out the comparison of the results obtained with the interval of trust obtained in the investigation previous with the one obtained in this work.

Palabras clave : neutralization; reaction systems; controlling step.
