Resumen

ARIAS LAFARGUE, Telvia  y  CARDENAS MENDOZA, Lisandra. Environmental Impacts and Risks in the Milk Combined of Bayamo. Cuba (Part I). RTQ [online]. 2016, vol.36, n.2, pp. 176-186. ISSN 2224-6185.

In this work the impacts and environmental risks of the Combined Milk of Bayamo were analyzed. For it, firstly the main environmental risks of each process were identified, the Plan of Reduction of Disasters of the factory was analyzed, besides the determination of the aspects and environmental impacts associated to the residual solids, liquids and to the stabilization lagoon. They were also reflected the measures with their respective actions recognized by the Address of the Company for the elimination of the negative environmental impacts. He/she was carried out the analysis HAZOP that consists on the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the risks and identified impacts and their consequences were analyzed. By means of this it was determined that the factory of ice cream it generates more impacts and risks that the treatment plant of residual.
