This conceptual proposal is a state of the art in the field of strategic management of the company with the perspective of building an enlightening line of analysis for the efficient organization of Ecuadorian MSMEs and the region. This is a bibliographical research based on the criteria of Relational Capital, Collaborative Strategies and Risk Coverage. The conclusions reached reveal that these concepts allow business productivity to operate with high competitive criteria in the value chain and, from this perspective, they are a novel contribution to this field of business management and entrepreneurship.
