In measured indicators, observed trends were evaluated after 8 weeks training, and from outcomes, we deduced efficiency of accomplished training. Group (8 females, 3 males) was part of swinmming team of the school, and several anthropometric measurements were made, from which we determine body composition and somatotype. All study cases shoed low values of body fat percentage, although mesomorphy was proper in the first measurement. After 8 weeks, effect of training brought about different changes and 50 % of females tendend to decreasing its total body weight, mainly at the expense of lean body mass. Behaviour of males, after training, was better than females, since 66 % of cases, improved or keek even features of its physical development in relation to first measurement.
