The permanent formation of the teacher in Cuba is a priority for the Education System and decisive for the achievement of objectives in the educational and instructional order. The treatment of environmental education is of vital importance in the reality of today's education. It is proposed to use the methodological work paths in a conceptual and methodological perspective and to develop an ethical and professional education in the teachers. Its utilization contributed to the ordering of the processes that are generated in the primary school on the basis of elevating the preparation of the teacher in exercise. Among the main results, it can be mentioned that the strategy was assumed as a tool to direct the lines of the methodological work of the center, where the teachers showed a positive movement towards the environment reflected in the self-management of knowledge. The results of the methodological and control classes carried out reflected the scientificity in the treatment of environmental issues, linking the content with the methodology of the different subjects and it was possible to verify that the teachers have a positive impact on the Formation of habits and moral qualities in students attesting the sensitivity of the subject.
