It addresses the promotion of reading in the training of the career of Social Communication career and the basic dimensions that distinguish it. The logic of the work took into account the use of various techniques and research methods at the theoretical and empirical level. It requires a teaching-learning process that is expressed in the promotion of reading as a pedagogical, integrative and systemic intervention tool, which involves the planning of training actions, with its basic dimensions, in correspondence with the requirements of training of professionals.
