Resumen

The article deals with an investigation transits from academic year 2019 to 2022 using a pre-post quasi-experimental design test. The sample corresponds to students enrolled in the different courses of the University of Guayaquil. It is supported theoretically, pedagogically and methodologically in the formation-development of general intellectual, soft, entrepreneurial, ecological, foreign language skills. It will be diagnosed the current state of the aforementioned skills in the formation of the Baccalaureate that enters the university path. The current status of these courses will be determined later in the second semester of the various courses. From there it will be stipulated the stages, actions, operations of the didactic strategy with the necessary formative research skills to develop at the university level, instituting a substantive relationship through Project-Oriented Problem-Based Learning (ABPOP). What has been achieved will be incorporated into a pedagogical guide using a virtual platform to transfer this student socio-cognitive information to governmental and private entities.
