This issue is consequence of diverse investigations accomplished about the formulation and problems resolution in the mathematic professors' formation of in the Cuban universities and the application in professionals training. The problems formulation is the professional profile's objective destined to the study, to identify, to create, to tell and to write up a mathematical, in shape problem collective or individual. It´s starting from an initial situation identified or created and of course, it´s resolution. Some exercises are exemplifying to familiarize themselves to the students with the elements of a problem's external structure. It must correspond one another with the development attained for these and they serve of example for his future professional practice. The mathematical problems formulation influences, the formation of the personality of the students, for the one that the professor requires to be prepared to organize, to execute, to direct and to control the teaching and learning process.
