Resumen

The project requires specialists who professionally dedicate themselves to perform these functions; but the ability to carry out this task efficiently does not arise spontaneously, so it is necessary to integrate theoretical knowledge along with experience and practice during the preparation and overcoming of board of directors. An approach to different theoretical positions, both national and international in regards of their performance and the degree of preparation they receive for this, shows the diversity of criteria that coexist in this area. Similarly, the accepted practical solutions, advocate different modalities that, according to the criteria of their authors, can assume certain terminology. In the present work, from a reflexive and critical look about the way in which such processes are carried out, it will be reflected more favorable methods and forms of a teaching-learning process to their condition as adults and deliverers of a technical know-how which is supported by practice, in which participation and exchange are encouraged based on the experiences of its recipients. This requires a change of roles and teachers become facilitators of this process for which they must know the teaching or didactics of postgraduate education.
