The article aims to check the effects of theater workshops on strengthening cultural identity in primary school students, supported by the motivation of parents and their support for students in the participation of theater workshops. A sample of 32 students from the fifth grade classroom was considered, to whom questionnaires were applied before and after each workshop to determine their degree of acceptance. A quantitative investigation is carried out using data management through the IBM SPSS25 statistical program, incorporating techniques such as T student with a 95% interval and questionnaires (Pre test and Post test) where a P-Value probability of 0.000 is obtained as a result. , that being less than 0.05; it is concluded that there is a significant difference in the means before and after the participation of the theater workshops; determining that participation in the aforementioned theater workshops does have significant positive effects on the cultural identity of the fifth grade students belonging to this educational institution located in Piura, Peru.
