This article presents the results of the research that aimed to explain the quality of life factors and their impact on learning in the Second Grade, Group “D” of the General Secondary School “Alfonso Reyes” of Ajacuba, Hidalgo, 2017-2018 school year, firstly a conceptual delimitation of the variables analysis is presented, followed by the specification of the conceptual elements that will allow an adequate understanding of the students' situation. For the collection of information, the mixed methodology was used. The results are presented in five main axes: food as a source of energy for learning, physical health, a necessary condition to enhance the cognitive dimension, money is not everything, but it provides inputs for learning, the role of relationships social learning and, finally, well-being and satisfaction as bases for the elaboration of a life project. Finally, a proposal is presented for the improvement of the quality of life of individuals, through the use of social networks and the implementation of workshops.
