The research seeks to provide information about the satisfaction of the students of an institution in order to improve the educational quality of the institution, the objective is to determine the level of students satisfaction as an indicator of quality in an Educational Institution in Piura 2019. Supported in the non-experimental, descriptive research method, techniques such as the survey are used, in a population of 465, a probabilistic sampling is obtained and 206 students from the aforementioned institution are surveyed. It is concluded that the students are satisfied with the education provided in the private educational institution, because they count and operate most of the indicators that are required of institutions to impart learning, however to offer a quality service it must improve in the aspect of institutional service, carry out a review of the system of quality corresponding to wellness activities, put emphasis and in the personal needs of understanding, participation, protection, affection, leisure, identity creation, and subsistence of extracurricular activities also based on activities that generate enterpreneurial skills, encouraging students to participate in contests that the state and other entities call to take them competitive.
