Addressing the reality of the Ecuadorian university implies taking into account several determining factors in the quality of its processes, which CEAACES is in charge of as the governing body, the evaluation as part of these processes and a measure of the advances and setbacks that usually succeeding has a special apart. The work that is presented addresses the conception from which the objects to be taken into account are integrated as part of the teacher evaluation audits that are part of university work. It should be taken into account that although this figure exists in each public institution, they lack functionality due to the dispersion of their functions and the lack of clarity in their work.
