The present article aims to determine the development of creativity in Early Childhood Education students from a bibliographic review. Situation that demonstrates the existence of the need to develop creative competence to face this modern world that requires fundamental and profound changes based on the game, whatever its nature to enhance flexibility, fluidity and originality, as well as requires reflection on the value of creativity and development in children and the projection towards the context where they live. Likewise, social factors that influence the development of creativity that are related to the family, the family environment and the school are perceived as variables that interact in the child's history. In this context, the personological approach raises the value that creativity has for the person as a requirement of pedagogy for the effectiveness of learning processes, assuming the conception of personality as a holistic, systemic, conscious, active configuration that is develops in the processes of socialization and communication.
