The psychopedagogical cabinets have become a space for help and support to the education process that takes place in schools, universities and communities, in the face of psychosocial situations and conflicts that increase in the face of the complexity of current life. Responding to multiple complaints, required the use of information and communication technologies in guidance, which constitutes resources and tools to implement, complement, accompany and / or reinforce specialized psycho-pedagogical intervention. In this sense, the life guidance service offered by the Psychopedagogical Office of the University of Cienfuegos during the last two years, confirms and endorses, with results, the relevance of this alternative to continue the services in any situation that arises. In this communication, the process followed by systematizing the results of the process is characterized and the best experiences are identified, with the aim of explaining the process of virtualization of psychopedagogical guidance services, which is developed at the University of Cienfuegos.
