The present work was carried out with the objective of evaluating the impact of education in the recognition of labor rights in sex workers in the city of Quito. For this, a legal dogmatic analysis was carried out, and the qualitative and descriptive methodology was used. A sample of 52 sex workers who carry out their work activities in Quito was taken and surveys were applied to determine the level of perception of the fundamental rights that this sample possesses. A general training program was created focused on providing advice on the most basic rights, focused on the specific needs detected. The existence of a low level of knowledge regarding labor law and fundamental rights was observed. The interviews carried out confirmed the situation of violence and vulnerability in which many of the sex workers throughout the country find themselves. An education plan on elementary and labor rights oriented to the deficiencies detected in the analyzed sample was proposed, which had a significant effect on increasing the knowledge of sex workers regarding their social, human, and labor rights.
