Resumen

GRASS ARZOLA, Yoan. Perception of the management of the educational project of the school group in Primary Education. Varona [online]. 2024, n.79  Epub 30-Mar-2024. ISSN 1992-8238.

The educational transformations arising from the III improvement of the National Education System propose changes in the dynamics of educational management and advocate favoring the autonomy of schools and the participation of the community in education processes. One proposal made lies in the use of the School Group Educational Project. Achieving adequate management of the PEGE is closely related to the perception possessed by those involved and in particular the primary teacher, by assuming the role of mediator and coordinator of the educational influences that promote the development of the school group and its members, as well as the fulfillment of the purposes of education. The objective of the study was to: analyze the perceptions of primary teachers in the Playa municipality regarding the management of the School Group Educational Project. Analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive and interview methods were used. The main results obtained after the research process show that the primary teachers interviewed have a limited perception in their majority and a generalized perception in their minority regarding the management, an aspect that could compromise its effectiveness and therefore must be addressed for the achievement of the desired transformations.
