Resumen

DE CHARRAS, Diego  y  LOZANO, Luis. The right to communication as peoples´supranational search. ARCIC [online]. 2017, vol.6, n.13, pp. 3-25. ISSN 2411-9970.

Palabras clave : right to communication; Latin America; State; media conglomerates.
