The present investigation has like general objective to value the informational behavior in the Sugar Company of Cienfuegos. In it, reference is made to the conceptual theoretical aspects referring to informational behavior, taking as a main concept that elaborated by the author Eva Ortoll (2004), highlighting as the most important dimensions to evaluate said behavior: find information, organize information, create information , use information and share information¨. As a guiding method for the investigation, the Survey and statistical methods were used with the objective of evaluating the level of importance that the workers grant to the different dimensions. The techniques used were the observation and the questionnaire
