The panel is located in the line of discussion of the central theme of the XVI International Meeting on Management of Heritage Cities sponsored by the Office of the Historian of the City and the Master Plan, from May 8 to May 11, 2018 at the San Francisco Convent of Assis, through special conferences and lectures; in whose general program reflections were distinguished that converge in conceptual nuclei and on the common context in our countries, as it relates to Heritage Management, its cultural dimension as structuring; Strategic Planning and Social Responsibility; likewise regarding public policies and the right of host communities to deal with a plural, complex and distinctive phenomenon of the 21st century, which has arrived to remain as part of the development of the services sector at the global level.
