Gianny López Brito has been a journalist for the Tunasvisión telecenter since he obtained his degree in Journalism from the University of Camagüey in 2012. He accumulates an experience of almost five years as correspondent of the Cuban Television Information System (SITVC) in Las Tunas. His work in audiovisual production has been recognized in various competitions such as the "26 de Julio" National Journalism Award and the "Caracol" of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba. In 2019 he won the "Juan Gualberto Gómez" National Journalism Award in the Television Category. At the time of the interview he was a correspondent of the Cuban Television (TVC) in Venezuela.
