Educational communication constitutes one of the fundamental aspects for the technical training of artistic swimmers, because it allows, in addition to the exchange of information, the interrelation of emotions, feelings, understanding the most varied behaviors; it is to enable the development of spontaneous conversations based on respect, courtesy, collaboration, cooperation and understanding; It is a condition to achieve sporting success. However, currently the procedures and components that support it are insufficient. Hence, the objective of the research is to apply a methodology that contributes to the improvement of educational communication in the training of figures between the teacher and the school artistic swimmers and that allows an increase in sports performance. From a population of 13 artistic swimmers belonging to the School of Sports Initiation School "Capitán Orestes Acosta Herrera" Santiago de Cuba, eight were selected that constituted the sample for 61.5%. The type of sample was intentional. Theoretical methods such as modeling and the systemic-structural-functional were applied, in the empirical ones the documentary analysis, observation, survey and the pre-experimental design with pretest-posttest for a single group. Descriptive statistics as a mathematical statistical procedure. In this sense, the proposal was characterized by the use of the systemic approach, to the restructuring of the content for educational communication in the training of the figures. The quality of the methodology is corroborated by the results obtained in the application of the pre-experiment that highlight its functionality, sustainability, relevance and feasibility.
