JUSTIZ-MENDOZA, Ibrahín et al. Validation to Small Scale of 4-Amineantipirine Assay Methods for Quantification of Phenolic Compound in Mixed Cultures. Rev Cub Quim [online]. 2014, vol.26, n.2, pp. 104-114. ISSN 2224-5421.
The validation of assay methods to small scale constitutes nowadays very important due to the advantages economic and environmental that they possess, that constitutes a premise for the realization of services and a guaranty of the quality of the results to heated bread to client. The present work show the validation to small scale to spectrophotometric method (direct method) of 4-aminoantipirina to determine phenols compound in mixed culture. For the validation were evaluate the parameters linearity, precision, regression, accuracy, detection limits, limit of quantification and robustness. Besides to assay comparison whit the no standardized method to determine poly-phenols (Folin Ciocalteu), the results evidenced that both methods are feasible for the determination of phenols.
