The formation of Philosophy´s PhD´s is very important for Public Health´s professionals´ development. Today, it is really necessary in this sector the use of high scientific qualification specialists in different areas, such as: teaching, researching, educational categories, the granting of scientific degrees, and in other health activities and services. At work the theoretical basics of the Transdisciplinary Perspective exposes itself in the context of the curricular PhD´s program design. Through the present work, it has been possible to evidence that in the majority of the doctor´s, post-doctor´s, master´s, specialties' and diploma's programs there are many problems as to the upgrade and integration of knowledge. Summarizing, the objective of this work is to evidence the theoretical and methodological value of the Transdisciplinary Perspective to epistemological upgrade of the PhD´s programs in Medical Sciences.
