This work is part of a piece of research conducted at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León for several years. It presents a strategy model of practical training for engineering students. It is aimed at clearly organizing and defining the necessary steps to achieve the particular goal of practical training, i.e. that students will be able to develop professionally. A great deal of importance is attached to practical training because it offers students the opportunity to adapt what they have learned in practice and know about real working life.
