In this paper, partial results of the diagnosis of the process management of teaching, research, and extension at the Language Centre, University of Pinar del Río, are presented. They show that these processes are not interrelated, which badly affects student training. Some suggestions for a better process management at the Centre are made with of the aim of improving these processes. Such improvement would be in tune with the goals of Cuban higher education.
