Resumen

Reflections on the evolution of the Latin American University summarize to postmodern models road, that they consolidate of spontaneous way, in order to open road toward organized visions and in the one that a thought is joined de-colonizer, receding of the inherent unity to the European university model, heir for the most part. They show discursive argumentative moments of a historic analysis of the University in this address, distributed in three stages: Antique, modernity and post-modernity; when emphasizing from the universitología in the types of Latin American university had in account in post-modernity. The need finishes to insert in the text itself for it, the subject matter of the existence of the goal Universidad, as part of an ontogeny of the University that transited for multiple models, based most of all in surpassing the Educational challenges of the Century XXI for the University like institution.
