Resumen

The investigation was carried out in the Company Cattle Genetics of Matanzas, which has as problematic the lack of tools that you/they facilitate the registration of environmental indicators, and he/she doesn't have well designed actions that drive to the preservation of the natural resources, especially the floor; all that which limits the achievement of better results. To give solution to the previous problem, you proceeds initially to carry out a bibliographical revision that embraces, among other, fear theoretical related with the environmental administration in Cuba and the world in the mark of the sustainable development; the relationship of the environment with the cattle activity and the importance of the same one keeping in mind the floor like factor of the environment, susceptible of being damaged by actions irresponsible antropogénicas. Later on, based on the studied antecedents, a methodological procedure is elaborated for the design of environmental indicators that you/they allow to the company to improve the mensuration of the environmental acting of its operations, considering the floor like component of interest.
