The following article approaches the improvement of the process of administration of the Movement of Amateurs Artists of the FEU and its incidence in the professional's formation. Their foundations and dimensions are determined in articulation with the directive cycle of the administration, and it assumes the cultural promotion as function and method. The objective of this study was directed to base a model for the administration of the Movement of Amateurs Artists of the FEU in the University of Pinar del Río, as contribution to the integral formation of the professional futures. Different methods were used that left of a materialistic dialectical focus that was good as starting point for the employment of other theoretical methods as documental analysis, the historical-logical one, the systemic-structural one and the participant observation. As a result, the foundations of the pattern are shown, as well as, heir main ones are analyzed characteristic and it influences inside the formative process of the professional futures.
