The experience of the first program of Doctorate is picked up in Education with I title own in the University of El Salvador, pointing out its achievements and challenges and highlighting as key element the results of the program of academic cooperation with Cuban institutions of superior education (IES), where the CEPES-UH has played an important role. As strategy that has facilitated the success and continuity of the doctoral formation in the educational field, it is promoted the academic exchange and internationalization for the sake of the quality of their graduate ones and the own process. Constituting you as objective: To characterize the process of doctoral formation in Education of the UES and their bond with the CEPES.
